Prof. Girish Kumar Choudhary, The Vice-Chancellor of Patna University joined Patna University on 23.09.2020. He is Professor of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Patna. He was born on 8th August, 1959. After Matriculation in 1975, he acquired Diploma in Electrical Engineering, securing 1st class with distinction. Thereafter, he acquired B.Sc.(Electrical Engineering) degree in 1985 with distinction securing 1st rank in Patna University. He was awarded Principal’s Gold Medal for his services and excellence in various extra-curricular activities.
